Article is from The Wall Street Journal dated 1st September 2016 which can be read from all over the world.

The images were taken from whatsapp messages since it has been circulating heavily there.

Do take note that the writings below is not for UMNO leaders to read since they will not understand English.

Furthermore, only people who understand integrity and accountability can understand this article.

We suspect none of the empty cans in UMNO will be able to fathom all this:

Due to worldwide scrutiny over Swiss AG’s investigations regarding the billions of money swindled by the people behind 1MDB, its office in Switzerland had issued a media release pertaining the progress of the said investigation.

What was told is quite alarming.

Basically, it had yet to obtain the mutual legal assistance it had requested back in January 2016 in order to finally charge and apprehend the crooks.

It seems our Attorney General office had been sleeping on the job for 10 months now.

Is there a dereliction of duty by the Attorney General?

We shall await with bated breath to hear his ridiculous excuse, soon.

Below is the media release by the Swiss AG’s office:

Bern, 05.10.2016 – Following the request it made in January 2016, the Office of the Attorney General of Switzerland (OAG) has again requested mutual legal assistance from the Malaysian authorities.

The request comes as part of the criminal proceedings opened in August 2015 in relation to the Malaysian sovereign fund 1MDB (1Malaysia Development Berhad).

Investigations have revealed that substantial amounts were misappropriated from the SRC sovereign fund and that fraud was committed based on a form of ‘Ponzi’ scheme.

On analysing the evidence obtained, the OAG identified further suspect transactions involving the Swiss financial sector.

Firstly, the sum of USD 800 million (RM3.28 billion) appears to have been misappropriated from investments in natural resources made by the SRC sovereign fund.

Secondly, it is suspected that a ‘Ponzi‘ scheme fraud (i.e. paying the returns on initial investments from funds obtained from subsequent investors rather than from legitimate revenue from the investments) was committed to conceal the misappropriations from both the SRC fund and from 1MDB.

These suspected misappropriations from 1MDB were the subject of the OAG’s first request for mutual legal assistance to the Malaysian authorities.

The aim of the OAG’s latest request is therefore to obtain further evidence in corroboration of the latest findings, in addition to the assistance requested in the OAG’s initial request of January 2016, which is still pending.

The OAG has also requested assistance from the Malaysian authorities so that the presumed companies / persons suffering harm can assert their rights in the Swiss criminal proceedings.

Based on these new suspicions, the OAG has also addressed an additional request for mutual legal assistance to Singapore, following an earlier request made in April 2016.

Status of the proceedings

On 14 August 2015, the OAG opened proceedings against two former officials at 1MDB and against persons unknown on suspicion of bribery of foreign public officials (Art. 322septies Swiss Criminal Code, SCC), misconduct in public office (Art. 314 SCC), money laundering (Art. 305bis SCC) and criminal mismanagement (Art. 158 SCC).

The investigation was extended in April 2016 to include two former officials from the United Arab Emirates who had been in charge of Abu Dhabi sovereign funds.

They are suspected of committing fraud (Art. 146 SCC), criminal mismanagement (Art. 158 SCC), misconduct in public office (Art .314 SCC), forgery of documents (Art. 251 SCC), bribery of foreign public officials (Art. 322septies SCC) and money laundering (Art. 305bis SCC).

The criminal proceedings being conducted by the OAG focus primarily on misappropriation from the 1MDB sovereign fund of monies intended for investment in the PETROSAUDI, TANJONG / GENTING and ADMIC projects, as well as the misappropriation of investments in the SRC sovereign fund in the area of natural resources.

In May 2016, following the decision in enforcement proceedings brought by the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority FINMA, the OAG opened criminal proceedings against the BSI SA bank related to suspected deficiencies in the bank’s internal organisation.

It is believed that, due to these deficiencies, the bank was unable to prevent the commission of offences currently under investigation.

At this stage of the criminal proceedings in connection with the Malaysian sovereign funds 1MDB and SRC, four persons and one bank are under investigation.

In addition, the OAG has confirmed receipt, to its full satisfaction, of the evidence requested in April 2016 from the authorities in Singapore via mutual legal assistance.

The OAG remains confident that the two requests for mutual legal assistance made to the authorities in Malaysia will be executed.

Singapore authorities were quick to give evidence to help the Swiss to nail the crooks that had stolen our money.

But our own authorities (namely our own AG, whose salary is paid by us the taxpayers), is dragging his feet.

No wonder we are the laughing stock of the world.

People in the position of power can simply steal money and some, can simply keep millions of ringgit in their own home!

But this is normal.

We are a kleptocracy anyway.

A  country where its purportedly muslim leaders have no shame in stealing from the people.

Mind you, SRC’s money was actually from Kumpulan Wang Amanah Pencen (KWAP). RM4 billion of it was put in SRC.

It’s the people’s money.

God gave you such small benefit in this world, and a little bit responsibility as an honest leader.

But if you still could not manage to safeguard this duty, then you are worse than a greedy pig.

Unless of course you have no religion to fall back on.

Why do you persist in bringing shame to this country?

Behind all your titles, are you people really just a bunch of failed human beings?

Let us tell a simplified story on what Arul Kanda did with our money during his tenure as the little boss (President and Group Executive Director) of 1MDB.

We call him ‘little boss’ because in reality, he is there just to follow orders and be the fall guy should something goes wrong.

He was a product of Royal Military College; and all his life there, he was instructed to follow orders.

“Yes sir, yes sir, three bags full.”

Regardless if the directives were wrong or right, Arul Kanda proved to be the rodent that poked even more holes that finally sank a huge ship.

A lot of wrong things did happen during his watch.

Arul Kanda went in voluntarily into the 1MDB cesspool like an idiot who then claimed himself to be the saviour of this sovereign wealth debt fund.

Too bad he went in after all the taxpayers’ money in it had been plundered by the very people who had appointed him.

Remember last year when IPIC came to the rescue and helped 1MDB pay its USD1 billion loan with Deustsche Bank?

Arul Kanda said the payment ‘is not a loan, not a bailout’.

Well Arul Kanda lied because PAC Report confirmed that it was indeed, a loan.

Why did you lie Arul Kanda?

From now on, you must not be angry if random people call you a LIAR straight to your face because frankly speaking, you are one.

Okay where and how did this USD1 billion loan from IPIC come about?

It’s like this:

This is from PAC report itself

It all started in May 2014 when they had to get USD250 million loan to pay off Aabar Ltd (supposedly a subsidiary of IPIC) for the termination of option.

At this point of time, the public have not yet known that Aabar Ltd was actually a fake company which does not have any relationship to either the real Aabar company nor with the flagship company – IPIC.

1MDB actually sent USD250 million (nearly RM1 billion) to some bogus company!

The idiots at 1MDB at that time did not even bother to perform due diligence (statutory audit/checking with company secretaries/banks etc).

Those fools’ defence was –

“Oh, since the MD of IPIC himself said ‘please bank in into this company accounts’, then we just followed his instructions.”

Yes the owner of the fake Aabar were the MD of IPIC and its Chairman.

But everybody and their cat knows that those two were in cahoots with the people behind 1MDB (guess who there are) to siphon off transfer our money into that fake company.

Lo and behold, our own auditor general could not ascertain the ownership of this fake Aabar and 1MDB officials could not even provide the relevant documents to support their justification for sending this money to a company not related to IPIC.

All this wrong doings were recorded in the PAC Hansard and Report.

Moving on, after the initial USD250 million debt obtained from Deutsche Bank were successfully transferred into the fake Aabar, they applied for a bigger loan in September 2014 from the same bank.

A whopping USD975 million loan was asked!

What did they do with this money?

They used it to pay off the loan (USD250 million) obtained just 5 months earlier and its balance (USD725 million) was used to pay off the fake Aabar.

Again, they gave the excuse that it was for the termination of option.

So they dug a hole, then covered the hole with another loan.

That is the kind of business the macais in UMNO are defending.

Anyway at this point of time, the fake Aabar and the people associated with it has a cool USD975 million (nearly RM4 billion) in their pockets by year end 2014.

How could they obtained the loan twice?

They used their misleading audited accounts of 2013 to show that its business would have no problem in paying off the loan.

Plus they told Deutsche Bank that it has over USD1 billion in cash in BSI Bank, Singapore.

In February 2015, Arul Kanda The LIAR even lied in public saying that he has seen the cash statements.

But by March, the lie crumbled.

In Parliament, Najib said it was merely paper assets.

By April, the bumbling Husni Hanadzlah said they were all in the form of units.

Worthless, with unrecognised value in the banking world.

Deutsche Bank sensed that something is wrong and called out for an early settlement of the loan.

1MDB supposedly had one year to pay off the USD975 million (until August 2015) but news report saying that they had demanded for an early repayment surfaced in early May 2015.

If they do not pay within that few weeks, it will trigger a cross default.

So how did 1MDB pay off USD975 million to the bank?

Remember, the loan money has been long gone into the pockets of the people behind the fake Aabar company.

Therefore, we the rakyat(the people of Malaysia)  has to pay off the USD975 million debt to Deutsche Bank.

Enter IPIC with their USD1 billion cash to the rescue.

Please note that by this time, the Managing Director of IPIC and Chairman of the real Aabar company (Qubaisi) has been sacked by the Board of Directors of IPIC.

Arul Kanda negotiated this loan deal.

Back in Malaysia he told everyone that this is neither a loan nor a bail out.

Maybe it’s just something only an idiot would say.

But he and Husni Hanadzlah hid it behind the pretext off ‘Rationalisation Plan’.

Remember that catchphrase?

1MDB made a lot of irrational decisions that it had to be rationalised by the lying Arul Kanda and the bumbling Husni Hanadzlah.

 It got worse.

Money lost into the void, and 1MDB (that’s the rakyat) had to bear the burden.

In May 2015, Arul Kanda announced that the mounting debts will be cleared by the end of 2015.

IPIC even issued a statement to the London Stock Exchange that they will forgive 1MDB of certain debts (remember, they thought they should get the option termination money).

They will also pay off in cash USD1 billion so that 1MDB can pay off Deutsche Bank. 1MDB at that time had a lot of assets (land in Bandar Malaysia as well as EDRA ENERGY IPP).

In summary, based on the term sheet, this is what IPIC will do for 1MDB:

a) give USD1 billion cash

b) take over the ownership of USD3.5 billion bond 1MDB took out back in 2012 (IPIC was the guarantor for this loan)

c) in exchange for (b) above, 1MDB must give assets worth that amount by June 2016

d) IPIC will pay interests on the USD3.5 billion bond which is due in multiple stages in 2015 onwards

e) that USD1 billion cash must be paid back by 31st December 2015

IPIC thought that by June 2016, they will get billions worth of assets from 1MDB in exchange for all the money they had coughed up for 1MDB.

But unfortunately, like a pack of deceiving crooks, 1MDB sold EDRA and Bandar Malaysia to the Chinese instead!

Not only they sold what was promised (our precious assets) to somebody else,

Arul Kanda did not even bother to pay back the USD1 billion cash loan!

No wonder IPIC was livid.

Arul Kanda the incorrigible liar said it wasn’t a loan. But in actual fact, it was.

By April 2016, Arul Kanda (THE LIAR), with his stupefied face calmly said,

“There is one crucial item on the term sheet, which is that 1MDB has to transfer the amount that IPIC paid, the cash plus the interests — US$1.15 billion — by Dec 31, 2015.

Actually, we were in default since December.”

How can you people stomach this monster?

He is getting paid huge sums of money on monthly basis using our tax money yet he is running around as if he is the Saviour.

This idiotic former RMC student could not even negotiate properly.

Not only we lost our assets to outsiders, we now have to contend with a dispute.

Does he not know the word ‘accountability’?

Does he have it?

Some idiots in Facebook said this is a friendly dispute.

Yes, perhaps when they have basked under the tutelage of the Worst Asian Finance Minister of 2016, they see this failure to pay off debts as something nice and friendly.

Since 1MDB lied to them, IPIC initially decided not to pay the bond interests for the year 2016.

1MDB claimed that they will not pay it too because that it is just a matter of principles.

At that point of time, the blatant shamelessness shone through the face of Najib and Arul Kanda.

Imagine, 1MDB raised USD3.5 billion loan and begged IPIC to be the guarantor of it.

When 1MDB could not pay, they unashamedly let their guarantor to hang high and dry.

What kind of principle is that?

Malaysia – the country who could not pay its debts and have no qualms to backstab its guarantor?

Is that the principle?

Just like a whore who borrowed money to buy a car and her sugardaddy became the guarantor for the loan she made, IPIC was made to look bad because their ‘whore’ failed to settle the loan by itself.

Are you not ashamed of yourself?

IPIC had no choice as guarantor to pay off the interest payments and thus the dispute happens.

This is the fact of the matter.

Who should pay off the USD3.5 billion bond in the end?

IPIC demanded USD6.5 billion in total from 1MDB.

Who should pay this?

1MDB has no more significant assets that they can sell to IPIC.

They only have 40% of Bandar Malaysia, some land in Penang and TRX.

It will not come to USD6.5 billion (RM26 billion) in value.

So who’s fault was it?

Who in the right mind could give away billions of ringgit to the people in fake Aabar?

Only the most crooked mind would do that.

They had an extension till 30th September 2016 to present the 31st March 2015 audit.

Their excuse for the extension was – they have to wait for the return of the seized documents.

Well, PAC and Auditor General had concluded their investigations back in April 2016. What is the hold up?

1MDB has the track record of being serially late in submitting their audited accounts.

Imagine, a multi billion dollar company could not even keep a proper set of accounts.

Yet they had the audacity to start an IPO.

Laughable!

News flash, no investor will trust you if you keep on turning up late in class.

Furthermore, Deloitte had quit as the auditor for 1MDB so who is auditing them right now?

In fact, 1MDB must re-audit the 2013 and 2014 accounts too after Deloitte issued a statement saying that the public must not rely on their audited accounts anymore.

Who will perform this re-audit and when will we know the extent of the damage done back in 2013 and 2014?

We remember some clueless people said that the audit report is like a bible.

We must trust its veracity. But auditors are not perfect.

They can be misled, lied to and deceived by the crooked bosses of any company.

If you hear an accountant who says that 1MDB audited accounts had shown nothing wrong, then trust us, he is an idiot.

He could be Arul Kanda in disguise.

Or perhaps Husni Hanadzlah needs to come clean and tell us why did he say (in June 2015) that 1MDB auditors were not sacked.

The PAC Report had revealed otherwise, that KPMG and EY were indeed sacked.

We wrote an article back then saying that Husni had lied on national TV (some smart-aleck even wrote a long article trying to defend him), but until now Husni has not come clean on the wrongs he did to us the rakyat.

Lying is wrong.

Covering up is wrong.

If you do not know Hell, you will know it sooner or later. A minister has a duty to tell the truth.

God gave you such small benefit in this world, and a little bit responsibility as an honest leader.

But if you still could not manage to safeguard this duty, then you are worse than a greedy pig.

Unless of course you have no religion to fall back on.

Yes sir, yes sir, three bags full.

Will Najib finally have the manly strength to actually tell the truth and stand up to face the music, instead of having Salleh Keruak to monkey around talking something beyond what his brain could understand?

Or will Najib rely on those stupid Facebook defenders of 1MDB who had only made Najib looked even more moronic due to their contradicting lies and idiotic spins.

Will he do the unthinkable, suing the US Government for slandering him?

Now that would be comical indeed. 54 Tuesdays have come and go, and it is the US who are filing legal suit against his step son while implicating him all the same time (as the Malaysian Official 1).

To all the ignorant pro-Najib people loitering around the internet, who are looking quite stupefied and flabbergasted about this latest news from the US, here is the copy pasted document excerpts filed by the Department of Justice against Riza Aziz, for stealing Malaysian taxpayers’ money to buy luxurious assets ever since the scam started.

The scam, hatched by Najib Razak, had come home to roost.

We have lost a lot of money because of 1MDB.

Billions went into the wrong hands (as can be read from the US document below), taxpayers lost national assets with nothing to gain except to repay loans all the way to the year 2039.

Riza Shahriz Bin Abdul AZIZ (“AZIZ”), a Malaysian national, is a relative of MALAYSIAN OFFICIAL 1 and a friend of LOW.

He co-founded Red Granite Pictures, a Hollywood movie production and distribution studio, in 2010. – excerpt from the document.

Will this legal suit also be termed as ‘friendly dispute’?

If found guilty, Riza Aziz will be known as the thief that stole billions of ringgit from 1MDB, aided by Najib and his co-conspirators.

Money laundering charges will be slapped upon these people.

The defenders of Najib, some had purposely wanted to stay in ignorance and threw away their principles and reputation in exchange to be near the circle of power, should start scamper around and discuss among themselves on how to save their crooked Dear Leader.

Will we hear some of the ministers talking nonsense today?

Will Nazri Aziz stand up and perform a comedy routine for us to hear?

Or will we get to listen to UMNO Youth Chief, saying moronic things like –

‘Najib is not on trial therefore he is innocent.’?

Yes, Riza Aziz siphoned the money without any help.

He did it alone.

Jho Low is innocent,

 Najib is innocent.

The entire cabinet is innocent.

Najib’s chicken is facing a legal suit in the US
But that is not to be.

The document below is more damning than the AG Report and the PAC Report.

In fact, it also strengthened the former multiple times.

It also vindicated The Wall Street Journal; not surprising for the Pulitzer prize nominee.

So, what now Malaysia?

The IGP will definitely just sit on his thumb like a fumbling fool.

The Attorney General Apandi Ali, a laughing stock among his peers and the people, will just continue being dumb.

Without any difficulty, if we can say so ourselves.

Shameless people surrounding Najib have no problem walking about within society.

Their skins are thick like a rhinoceros’ hide, following his example nevertheless.

Please do read the excerpts below.

Even better, please read the whole document.

It’s only 136 pages long.

Hopefully not a difficult effort for Najib’s media officer or UMNO Youth excos to understand the real deal .

It gave detailed accounts on how Jho Low, Qubaisi et al used funds diverted from 1MDB to buy paintings, private jets and luxury homes.

They even had phone conversations of Shahrol Halmi, lying through his teeth to a banking officer of Deustche Bank.

That is how rigorous and detailed their investigation was.

Will Najib sue the US Government?

Because the juiciest bits from page 33 onwards had really implicated Najib.

It dispelled the lie that Najib received ‘donation’ money from the Arab goons.

There is only one thing to do now for the stupid people managing Najib’s problem.

Unleash Lester Melanyi!

1MDB was ostensibly created to pursue investment and development projects for the economic benefit of Malaysia and its people, primarily relying on the issuance of various debt securities to fund these projects.

However, over the course of an approximately four-year period, between approximately 2009 and at least 2013, multiple individuals, including public officials and their associates, conspired to fraudulently divert billions of dollars from 1MDB through various means, including by defrauding foreign banks and by sending foreign wire communications in furtherance of the scheme, and thereafter, to launder the proceeds of that criminal conduct, including in and through U.S. financial institutions.

The funds diverted from 1MDB were used for the personal benefit of the co-conspirators and their relatives and associates, including to purchase luxury real estate in the United States, pay gambling expenses at Las Vegas casinos, acquire more than $200 million in artwork, invest in a major New York real estate development project, and fund the production of major Hollywood films.

1MDB maintained no interest in these assets and saw no returns on these investments.

The criminal conduct alleged herein occurred in three principal phases:

a) The “Good Star” Phase:

The fraudulent diversion of funds from 1MDB began in approximately September 2009, soon after 1MDB’s creation.

Between 2009 and 2011, under the pretense of investing in a joint venture between 1MDB and PetroSaudi International (“PetroSaudi” or “PSI”), a private Saudi oil extraction company, officials of 1MDB and others arranged for the fraudulent transfer of more than $1 billion from 1MDB to a Swiss bank account held in the name of Good Star Limited (“Good Star Account”).

Officials at 1MDB caused this diversion of funds by, among other things, providing false information to banks about the ownership of the Good Star Account.

Contrary to representations made by 1MDB officials, the Good Star Account was beneficially owned not by PetroSaudi or the joint venture, but by LOW Taek Jho, a/k/a Jho Low (“LOW”), a Malaysian national who had no formal position with 1MDB but was involved in its creation.

LOW laundered more than $400 million of the funds misappropriated from 1MDB through the Good Star Account into the United States, after which these funds were used for the personal gratification of LOW and his associates.3

b) The “Aabar-BVI” Phase:

In 2012, 1MDB officials and others misappropriated and fraudulently diverted a substantial portion of the proceeds that 1MDB raised through two separate bond offerings arranged and underwritten by Goldman Sachs International (“Goldman”).

The bonds were guaranteed by both 1MDB and the International Petroleum Investment Company (“IPIC”), an investment fund wholly-owned by the government of Abu Dhabi, in the United Arab Emirates (“U.A.E.”).4

Beginning almost immediately after 1MDB received the proceeds of each of these two bond issues, 1MDB officials caused a substantial portion of the proceeds – approximately $1.367 billion, a sum equivalent to more than forty percent of the total net proceeds raised – to be wire transferred to a Swiss bank account belonging to a British Virgin Islands entity called Aabar Investments PJS Limited (“Aabar-BVI”).

Aabar-BVI was created and named to give the impression that it was associated with Aabar Investments PJS (“Aabar”), a subsidiary of IPIC incorporated in Abu Dhabi.

In reality, Aabar-BVI has no genuine affiliation with Aabar or IPIC, and the Swiss bank account belonging to Aabar-BVI (“Aabar-BVI Swiss Account”) was used to siphon off proceeds of the 2012 bond sales for the personal benefit of officials at IPIC, Aabar, and 1MDB and their associates.

Funds diverted through the Aabar-BVI Swiss Account were transferred to, among other places, a Singapore bank account controlled by TAN Kim Loong, a/k/a Eric Tan (“TAN”), an associate of LOW.

Those funds were thereafter distributed for the personal benefit of various individuals, including officials at 1MDB, IPIC, or Aabar, rather than for the benefit of 1MDB, IPIC, or Aabar.

c) The “Tanore” Phase:

In 2013, several individuals, including 1MDB officials, diverted more than $1.26 billion out of a total of $3 billion in principal that 1MDB raised through a third bond offering arranged by Goldman in March 2013.

The proceeds of this bond offering were to be used by 1MDB to fund a joint venture with Aabar known as the Abu Dhabi Malaysia Investment Company (“ADMIC”).

However, beginning days after the bond sale, a significant portion of the proceeds was instead diverted to a bank account in Singapore held by Tanore Finance Corporation (“Tanore Account”), for which TAN was the recorded beneficial owner.

Although the Tanore Account had no legitimate connection to 1MDB, the then-Executive Director of 1MDB was an authorized signatory on the account. 1MDB funds transferred into the Tanore Account were used for the personal benefit of LOW and his associates, including officials at 1MDB, rather than for the benefit of 1MDB or ADMIC.

The proceeds of each of these three phases of criminal conduct were laundered through a complex series of transactions, including through bank accounts in Singapore, Switzerland, Luxembourg, and the United States.

Numerous assets, including the DEFENDANT ASSET, were acquired with funds unlawfully diverted from 1MDB, or funds traceable thereto.

As a result, the DEFENDANT ASSET is subject to forfeiture to the United States pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 981(a)(1)(A), because it is property involved in one or more money laundering transactions in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 1956 and/or 1957, and 18 U.S.C. § 981(a)(1)(C) because it is property constituting or derived from proceeds traceable to one or more violations of U.S. law defined as a specified unlawful activity in 18 U.S.C. §§ 1956(c)(7) and/or 1961(1).

Out of that RM51 billion of assets that 1MDB has, as much as RM33 billion may never be recovered, allegedly embezzled through a number of crooked deals which no Malaysian authority is investigating at the moment.

And if you include other losses such as mispricing of bonds (RM6 billion), overpayment to advisers (RM2 billion) and overpayment for energy assets (RM3 billion), the figure comes up to an astronomical RM44 billion in losses to the country.

No, these are not crazy figures plucked from the air. Here’s how we derived them.

In July last year, it was reported that then deputy prime minister Muhyiddin Yassin said that 1MDB’s total debts amounted to RM50 billion.

Previous reports cited an asset base of RM51 billion, the higher asset base being due to revaluation of government land acquired cheaply earlier.

That RM50 billion figure remains unchallenged to this day. 1MDB sold its power assets to Chinese interests for just under RM10 billion late last year.

The sale has been completed now.

Using 1MDB’s own figures, the sale of the power assets, extinguished RM16 billion debt, out of which half was inherited debt, that is debt within the various energy companies.

Take that RM16 billion out of RM50 billion in debt, and the amount remaining is RM34 billion.

1MDB likes to proudly say that it has no more bank debt, but fact is it has tonnes of debt still in the form of bonds – a RM5 billion Islamic term note, RM2.4 billion sukuk, US$3.5 billion (about RM14 billion in two equal bonds, both guaranteed by the International Petroleum Investment Company or IPIC of Abu Dhabi), and US$3 billion (about RM12 billion) in bonds issued with a letter of support from the Malaysian government.

Where has the money taken from these bonds gone?

We know that the US$3.5 billion or RM14 billion went, or was supposed to go to IPIC and its subsidiary Aabar Investments PJS.

Instead it went into a similar-named company Aabar Investments PJS but incorporated in British Virgin Islands.

Why?

No one knows.

But the money is missing, and neither IPIC/Aabar nor 1MDB know where RM14 billion has gone – or at least that’s what they say.

Next is the US$3 billion or RM12 billion bond.

This was supposed to be 1MDB’s 50% contribution into Abu Dhabi Malaysia Investment Co Ltd or ADMIC, a blank cheque investment with no specified investment target.

Aabar is supposed to put an equal US$3 billion into the company but there is no indication that it did.

Here’s what the Goldman Sach’s bond document dated March 8, 2013 said: “…it is anticipated that Aabar will not yet have contributed sufficient capital to meet its obligations under the joint-venture agreement.

The issuer has no control over Aabar and there can be no assurance that Aabar will meet its funding obligations.”

It is not clear where that RM12 billion went and it may well be at risk.

These are treated in detail in this article.

And then the first RM5 billion Islamic medium term notes in 2009 – the one that set it all off. All of it and more was invested – eventually over RM7 billion – in a dubious venture called 1MDB-PetroSaudi Ltd with Saudi Arabian personalities.

It is still not clearly established where this money is.

Now, add that up, and at least RM33 billion (RM14 billion + RM12 billion + RM7 billion) out of these bonds may never be recovered.

There may well be more.

Besides the energy assets bought from Malaysian companies for which it overpaid by about RM3 billion, what did our self-styled strategic development company invest in?

Not much.

Numbers cannot be hidden

1MDB did a dirty sneaky trick when it allowed others to make an estimated RM6 billion by deliberately mispricing some of its key bonds.

By flipping these bonds at higher prices once they are traded in the market, those who got first bite made billions.

Meantime 1MDB and the nation pays higher interest rates.

The sucker and bad liar

“Worry not taxpayers! 1MDB has more assets than liabilities..

You can help me pay its debts too!”

And then there was the overpayment for their advisers, Goldman Sachs, by about RM2 billion for the various bonds they arranged – a loss of RM2 billion to the nation.

Add these up (RM3 billion + RM6 billion + RM2 billion), and they amount to RM11 billion.

Add this to the RM33 billion in bond proceeds and investments that may never get recovered, and you get that RM44 billion.

The final figure may well exceed that!

Those numbers cannot be hidden or hushed up.

You can’t hide the movement of such large sums of money across international borders forever.

Eventually the international authorities will get to the bottom of it and all will be revealed.

The amount of fraud committed will become obvious and it will become impossible to deny it.

All the land that 1MDB has now is not worth that much – it’s not enough to cover the losses.

The black hole that is 1MDB is already very obvious and soon more and more losses will crystallise while investigators across the globe tighten their noose on the miscreants – it’s a matter of time before they are nailed.

That means game over for 1MDB with losses of at least RM44 billion or more, and by extension for Najib Razak, the prime minister and 1MDB sponsor whose reign at the top continues to prolong the agony and prevent investigation to bring this to closure, among the saddest, longest chapters of our country’s history.

Najib's supporter and loyal 'unclever' followers

We both are too cowardly and too young to comprehend what our crooked boss had done so we will just laugh it off like a pair of idiotic runts.

The government bypassed its own rules and regulation when they got a public servant to give speeches during a by-election on behalf of Barisan Nasional.

Arul Kanda, a public servant currently working the Ministry of Finance, drawing his fat salary from taxpayers’ money, and currently reporting to the 3 recently appointed Directors of the Board, had gone to Sungai Besar to promote the goodness of 1MDB and de-criminalise Najib Razak.

Here is the news:

Arul Kanda goes to Sungai Besar to clear the air on 1MDB

1MDB president and executive director Arul Kanda was in Sungai Besar today in an attempt to dispel the controversy surrounding the allegation-riddled firm.

He was an invited to speak on national issues at an event organised by the Prime Minister’s Department.

BN candidate Budiman Mohd Zohdi was also present, although the two did not share the stage.

Asked if he was here to campaign for the by-election, Arul Kanda declined to comment before leaving the venue.

During the question and answer session earlier, Arul Kanda denied that the goods and services tax (GST) as well as the RM2.6 billion donation into Prime Minister Najib Abdul Razak’s personal accounts were linked to 1MDB.

“GST was not introduced to cover for 1MDB’s debts.

“The auditor-general and the Public Accounts Committee have found no evidence WHICH linked the RM2.6 billion donation to 1MDB,” he said in response to questions from civil servants who attended the event.

Arul Kanda also urged the audience not to be fooled by the opposition who are constantly attacking the government on 1MDB.

We couldn’t believe it when he said this:

“The auditor-general and the Public Accounts Committee have found no evidence WHICH linked the RM2.6 billion donation to 1MDB”

It goes without saying that Arul Kanda is heftily paid to say stupid things and make himself look like an idiot.

Too bad he did not read the PAC report himself. Otherwise, he would have realised that he was lying to the public just now.

In the PAC report itself, it had clearly stated the role of the Auditor General regarding the investigation on 1MDB. Let us copy it here for easy reference:

The Public Accounts Committee (PAC) has sent a letter dated 27 February 2015 to the National Audit Department (NAD) to ask NAD to carry out an audit on 1MDB by focusing on five (5) aspects as follows:-

a. The source of RM2 billion raised by 1MDB to settle its loans from several banks;

b. RM3 billion new injection of funds from the Ministry of Finance (MOF);

c. 1MDB investment agreement in PetroSaudi;

d. Whether 1MDB investment money in the Cayman Islands has been brought back to Malaysia; and

e. The changes in international auditing firm to verify 1MDB’s accounts.

The Auditor General was not tasked to find out about the RM2,600,0000 ‘donation’.

Their scope was limited to 1MDB’s business operations.

What 1MDB did to the money, via multi level of transactions and where the billions of money was spent by bogus companies engaged by 1MDB, were not part of their investigations.

True enough, the Auditor General (NAD) even complained in PAC report itself that 1MDB often times did not submit documents and bank statements for his department to investigate further.

Arul Kanda should know this, since he is the boss of 1MDB.

A copy of the agreement for the USD700 million loan between 1MDB PetroSaudi Limited and PetroSaudi Holdings (Cayman) Limited, which was signed by Mr. Tarek Obaid representing both companies, has been submitted by the management of 1MDB but NAD could not confirm it with the original document.

Although the draft of the joint venture agreement has been discussed during the meeting on 18 September 2009, but that too failed be submitted by 1MDB to NAD. – an extract from PAC Report.

And below is the objective of PAC during this whole fiasco, as stated in the report:

The PAC has summoned the Ministry of Finance as a shareholder of 1MDB before the Committee to assess the financial performance and the activities of 1MDB’s Group of Companies since its inception until now to ascertain whether it meets the original objectives of the company’s establishment.

In conclusion, the PAC’s objectives was not to find out whether RM2,600,000 did come from 1MDB.

Their objective is to check on the investments made and whether they had complied to good governance.

Which, if Arul Kanda had the mental IQ above 20 would have understood that the report is a fine example for gross criminal breach of trust.

Yet nobody has been arrested for the loss of billions.

The body which was tasked to investigate the ‘donation’ scandal is MACC, but we all know what happened to their investigation, don’t we?

Working hard to gobble up taxpayers’ money and make himself look like a fool

What's happening is Malaysia right now is very funny and pity .

Mafia , liar . robber and villain rules Malaysia .

Who ever try to fight Najib Razak , expose his crime , reveal his scandal , will be punished!

The noble guy who go against Najib Razib's crime and lust ,  will be either :

- TERMINATED
- JAILED
- THREATENED
- INTERROGATED
- TRANSFERED
- SACKED
- FIRED

Many of them suffered because of this maniac!

I'll short listed for you NINE BIG GUNS and most of them are Malaysian public officer , ex public officer and very superior in their department and jobs .

ALL OF THEM said the same thing :

Najib Razak is a robber , liar , cheater , sucker and should be prosecuted and punished .

But yet Najib Razak is still running free....but  the truth will always remain the truth!

Refer to below picture .

There is one crucial item on the term sheet, which is that 1MDB has to transfer the amount that IPIC paid, the cash plus the interests — US$1.15 billion — by Dec 31, 2015, according to Arul.

As such, he said: “Actually, we were in default since December”.

But he questioned why IPIC waited until now to make the announcement.

“It should have been made immediately after the default as it’s a large amount.

Why wait until April to say you don’t own Aabar BVI?”

As to the US$3.5 billion worth of payments that 1MDB made to Aabar BVI (Aabar Investments PJS Ltd), the company with the near identical name to IPIC’s subsidiary Aabar Investments PJS, Arul said:

“What we cannot discount is there could actually be fraud…a massive fraud…and maybe there was collaboration from our side”.

Dear Arul Kanda,

Stop being an idiot.

What you should have done since you took over is to ask Shahrol Halmi what had really happened.

He was the CEO/Director when payments were made to the fake Aabar. (the current CEO is Arul Kanda)

The news that 1MDB paid the fake Aabar had been going on for months now.

What kind of a boss are you when you don’t even read the news about your own company?

As for Shahrol, this criminal who now happens to be a Director of 1MDB and a Director in Pemandu should have told you what he had done – that the money which had gone to the fake Aabar was authorised by him.

Plus, the fake Aabar is owned by the former bosses of IPIC, a certain Al Husseiny, who is also a very close friend to Jho Low and Najib Razak, whom incidentally, the ultimate boss of 1MDB.

Please do not scam Malaysians by acting all surprised.

You are in this too.

You know about this fraud in all the time you are in 1MDB.

But the biggest idiotic thing you have said is when you questioned IPIC why they did not announce immediately that 1MDB was defaulting back in 31st December 2015.

Arul Kanda, let us now speak to you as if you are a dumb 10 year old boy – when you begged IPIC to pay a loan on your behalf, and then promised them to pay it back by 31st December 2015, you should have paid the USD1.15 billion by the due date.

People who did not pay their debts simply do not chastise their creditor why they did not tell the whole world you are defaulting much earlier.

Don’t you have any common sense?

You must either be so arrogant, or so stupid (the whole world think you are both actually).

Are you not ashamed?

You, Arul Kanda will be known in history as the person that had caused Malaysia to default on its loan for the first time in history.

Under your watch, Malaysians lost its assets (IPP and lands) to foreigners.

Last May 2015 you had engineered the binding term sheet with IPIC without any intention to pay them after they had lent you a billion dollars to pay off the debts 1MDB took back in September 2014.

1MDB took a loan from Deustche Bank for USD975 million, which was supposed to be paid by September 2015 but the consortium of banks felt cheated because the collateral you used (the mythical USD1.103 billion units) for the loan was discovered to be worthless.

They called up the loan to be paid much earlier.

You were so desperate and had no money in May 2015, you got IPIC to give you USD1 billion to pay up Deustche.

That money from Deustche however is gone.

According to the PAC report above, USD725 million of it went to the fake Aabar! (PAC report page 92)

What does Arul and Shahrol have to say about that?

Based on the news cutting above, Arul Kanda had the cheek to feign surprise and then tried to exonerate Shahrol, Najib and Jho Low et al by pinning the blame entirely on the two former bosses of IPIC and Aabar.

And today you denied any fraud had occurred?!

Why the sudden, incoherent flip flop?

Did you not mean what you say in The Edge last Monday?

Were you ‘misquoted’?

Arul, if you are the knowledgeable type, you would have known that the 1MDB had scammed billions of taxpayers’ money by giving it to the wrong company!

The main signatory for the fake Aabar was Mohamed Badawy Al Husseiny.

It seems in his free time as the top boss of IPIC/Aabar, he was also involved in a personal venture with the 1MDB crooks.

This fake Aabar then sent billions of ringgit to Tanore Finance Corp before USD681 million finally landed in Najib’s private accounts.

Tanore Finance is owned by Eric Tan Kim Loong, a known associate of Jho Low.

Note that both the fake Aabar and Tanore have been liquidated by these crooks after they had siphoned off the rakyat’s money.

Money trail of the USD681 million.

It is laughable for the AG to think it came from Saudi Royal own savings.

Therefore, dear Arul Kanda, you need to audit your brains and ask yourself this:

Would I be so dumb to think that only those two foreigners are scamming us without the knowledge of Shahrol, Jho Low and Najib Razak?

Would I be correct to say that Najib Razak is innocent when according to the hansard in PAC minutes,

Najib seemed to overrule almost all of the BOD’s decision?

Am I that dumb to think that USD681 million landed in his personal bank accounts were done without his knowledge?

Lastly, am I the dumbest ever CEO in corporate history to say these words last year:

The lies told by Arul Kanda, exposed by PAC report

In the end, it was revealed that the USD1 billion was indeed a loan given by IPIC (which you failed to repay by year end 2015).

Why did you lie to us Arul Kanda?

Why did the government hire a lying scoundrel like you?

You were the one who had dealt with them, gleefully accepting USD1 billion yet you conveniently did not pay them back and now blame IPIC and Aabar for not honouring the agreement?

Why do taxpayers have to deal with a CEO that has been monkeying around since his first day on the job?

We still remember the ‘I have seen the statements and I have seen the cash’ fiasco when you first took over.

We would have thought with the big fat monthly salary you’ve been getting for the past 15 months would have justified your alleged brilliance and qualifications.

But alas, you are just a nincompoop, relying mostly on your credentials as a champion debater at a high school level.

You thought you could repay IPIC with your worthless units.

But they didn’t like the smell of those toxic units and quickly told you that they want real money.

Money you don’t have.

A memo sent from 1MDB to the Finance Ministy confirmed this:

The Malaysian fund did try to transfer the assets in the form of fund units in an offshore company it controlled, said the memo.

IPIC has refused to accept anything but cash, added the memo.

They give you cash, they expect cash lah!

Why would they accept units as repayment? Do you think IPIC would be as dumb as our cabinet ministers?

1MDB tried to con IPIC by getting them guaranteeing our USD3.5 billion bond, then 1MDB paid off the promised deposits and termination of options to companies not related to IPIC.

This is a new kind of low for Malaysia.

Malaysians are embarrassed by this episode.

We do not know what kind of lies you and Shahrol told the cabinet for the whole of 2015 and 2016, but you sure had made a treasonous action for the whole of Malaysia.

Worse, the prime minister (Najib Razak) knew about it all along.

Something is rotten in Putrajaya.

We need to get rid and jail the crooks.

If Arul Kanda still have the dignity, he should have returned all his salary to the treasury.

At least they can use it for something more beneficial.

What is your next move to repair this damage, Arul Kanda?

You should just surrender yourself.

On another note, congratulations to Datuk Muhammad Ibrahim for your appointment as the next Governor of Bank Negara.

You have big shoes to fill.

And you will have your hands full trying to catch all these multi-billionaire crooks.

Speaking about regulatory bosses, this fella below has been awfully quiet.

Is he still sleeping on the job?

The (defaulting) bond market is under the purview of the Securities Commission, yet all is quiet over there.
